 Mr. Johnson:

     With all due respect, it's time to stop the threats by Ohio Valley Coal
 not only to Dysart Woods, but to the environment as a whole.

     Why is this company allowed to destroy entire valleys and waterways in
 the interest of private profit, while ripping from the earth a fuel that does
 still more destruction to our air, water, and public health.

     Enough is enough.  There is no reason whatsoever to grant any of these
 permits.  There is no reason not to extract the highest possibly penalties
 for OVC's gratuitous assault on our most treasured natural resources.
